  • Cursul se bazează pe unul dintre cele mai faimoase și aplicabile instrumente personale și profesionale: Process Communication Model® (PCM) și se bazează pe nevoile actuale și viitoare ale managerilor.
  • Proces Communication Model a fost aplicat prima dată de NASA în timpul selecției și pregătirii astronauților.
  • PCM constă în identificarea structurii de personalitate și deprinderea tehnicilor de interacțiune cu fiecare dintre membrii echipei. Pornind de la structura de personalitate, veți înțelege cum membrii echipei percep lumea (percepțiile de contact), ce îi motivează (nevoile psihologice), cum se comportă în stres și cum să-i abordați în cel mai eficient mod.

4 zile (2 zile + 2 zile + temă între module)

Personality Arhitecture

  • Introduction to Process Communication Model: What is PCM? How did it appear? What’s the applicability and what are the results of the model?
  • Neuroscience and Perceptual Systems: Understanding the model by which people mentally represent their reality and identifying the 6 perceptual systems discovered by Dr. Kahler (thoughts, opinions, emotions, actions, reactions, reflections);
  • Personality Architecture and Personality Types: Defining and understanding the 6 types of personality embodied in our personality structure;

 

Foundations in leadership. Developing yourself and your team

  • Management styles: Presenting the 4 management styles with their specific advantages and disadvantages, connected to each Personality Type;
  • Communication channels: Describing the 5 energies (words, tone, gesture, mimic, posture) used by people in communication and their correlation with Personality Types;
  • Communication channels: Calibrating the previously described different communication channels to insure effective communication and relationships;
  • Managing team communication.

Managing diversity. Motivating people for performance

  • Environmental preferences: Discovering those environments preferred by each Personality Type and those less productive ones.
  • Motivation and Psychological Needs: Discovering the 8 fundamental psychological motivators and correlating them with each Personality Type.

  • Defining the effective team

  • Team building phases: Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing.

 

Stress Sequences / Conflict Management

  • Understanding the three stress sequences specific to each Personality Type and discovering the most effective ways to manage potential conflicts.

  • Understanding the appropriate communication and management approaches according to each personality structure.

Dana has over 12 years of experience in business and team management. Her professional evolution highlights the desire for development and lifelong learning, as well as the diversification of fields and experiences.

Her management experience correlated with involving people in training and development can be found in results and partnerships with some of the largest companies such as: Oracle, IBM, VDF, HP, Siemens, Otter, Fabryo, Havi Logistics, etc.

She trained in management and business development, graduating the courses of Excellence in Management from Asebuss, Master in Multimodal Management, Faculty of European Studies, specialization in Management at the Univ. Bolyai protection. She specializes in Project Management, has completed the PMI and Business Analysis courses, and on the management and negotiation side she has completed the „Principles of Master in Negotiation” courses at Stamford and „Manager as Coach”.

On the personal development side, she is NLP certified – Practitioner and Process Communication Model – the most powerful communication training in the world. Delivers communication projects both in Romania and in the Republic of Moldova.
