The primary objective of this program is to provide an understanding of the concepts and strategies required to successfully manage your business processes.

Throughout our proposed development path of five modules you will understand the following topics:

Introduction to Business Process Management

An introduction to concepts and strategies required to successfully manage your business processes from a holistic end-to-end perspective.

Process Modeling

In order to have effective and efficient repeatable end-to-end processes, an organization must understand existing processes and use appropriate techniques to model and design improved processes.

This course provides an overview of process modeling methods for all levels of the organization.

Process Analysis

To develop effective and efficient repeatable end-to-end processes, an organization must understand existing processes and use appropriate techniques to model and represent those processes.

Appropriate process modeling techniques are aligned with process analyses.

Design for Process Management

The design of business processes needs to consider results from a process analysis and then use process modeling techniques to develop an improved process design.

This course introduces process design techniques practiced today. Appropriate process modeling techniques are applied to the design of a renewed process.

Process Transformation

This course examines the steps required to transform the approved process design into a set of documented, tested, and operational sub-processes and workflows that are accepted by the appropriately trained stakeholders.

Codrin-Dan Nicolau

  • Being part from a first generation of IT project managers, Codrin has over 20 years of experience in initiatives to improve and transform business processes in various fields: environment, oil and gas, banks, public institutions, various private companies.
  • His postgraduate studies involved a master’s degree in project management and a master’s degree in business administration, as well as doctoral studies in risk management.
  • Starting with 2004 he is also a trainer in the areas of project management, business analysis and risk management. He has several international professional certifications in business analysis and project management.
